Unit of NVML_TOTAL_POWER_SAMPLES when using nvmlDeviceGetSamples

Hi,
I am using nvmlDeviceGetSamples to get Power samples through NVML_TOTAL_POWER_SAMPLES.
Just wanted to know what is the unit of the Power and what is the interval of sampling for this metric.
