Have you tried upgrading through the DGX Dashboard instead? That is our recommended way to perform updates.

Of course, I first tried the update via “DGX Dashboard”, but it didn’t work there either, and then I was directed to manual update.
Now I’ve tried again via the dashboard.

Try DGX Dashboard + reboot
Try commandline + reboot
Try DGX Dashboard + reboot

If the updates over network are not working, then I would recommend reimaging the Spark to the latest version
