This could be a transient network error. We just released a major software update today so please try to update your system again.

Have you tried upgrading through the DGX Dashboard instead? That is our recommended way to perform updates.

Of course, I first tried the update via “DGX Dashboard”, but it didn’t work there either, and then I was directed to manual update.
Now I’ve tried again via the dashboard.

As the error message says, please try rebooting, especially if you haven’t after trying to update via command line

I tried, but it didn’t work.And now you’re saying,

Of course, I’ve rebooted many times.
There are a total of three DGX Spark on the same network, and only one of them has this problem.
Your suggestions are a vicious cycle.

If the updates over network are not working, then I would recommend reimaging the Spark to the latest version
