V100 vs T4, NVDEC, number of streams, sizes

Hi,
Can anybody provide a place to complete the information in this link?

You can find numbers and comparison but can’t really rule if a T4 can replace a V100 to Decode 4 h265 streams for example! Where is that level of knowledge is hidden in nVIDIA’s documentation?
