GitHub - NVIDIA-AI-IOT/deepstream_reference_apps: Samples for TensorRT/Deepstream for Tesla & Jetson ,Built with:

  1. CUDA Toolkit cuda_10.0.130_411.31_win10
  2. CUDNN cudnn-10.0-windows10-x64-v7.6.5.32
  3. TensorRT-6.0.1.5.Windows10.x86_64.cuda-10.0.cudnn7.6.5
    4)VS2017 ,GPU: RTX2070

As the environment listed in NVIDIA DeepStream SDK Developer Guide — DeepStream 6.1.1 Release documentation, DeepStream does not support to build under Window.
There are many DeepStream libraries are Linux libraries.
