Want to know about how I can mention NVIDIA information in my research paper

Hi all, I am working on an academic research paper as part of MS program. The topic is accelerated inference of a pretrained model on IoT Edge devices using NVIDIA GPU.
Apart from other research papers, I also need to mention about the documents, useful information and the source code (from git hub and tensorrt sample code) are referred from NVIDIA site.
Do I need to inform NVIDA about this. Please let me know about it.
It is little bit urgent. Please reply soon.

As this is not for commercial purpose, that should be fine.
Just be sure to mention where it’s from on your paper.
