Dear NVIDIA Support Team,
My name is Young Jin Park, a graduate student at UIUC. For my Electronics Cooling course, my team is simulating different cooling strategies in Ansys Icepak for a project.
More specifically, we are trying to run simulations on the NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip, which we saw in use at the Blue Waters Supercomputing Facility in Champaign, Illinois.
We reviewed the published specs but could not find:
-The heat load / typical power dissipation
-The maximum operating temperature (junction or case)
If possible, could you share these values (even if approximate) or point us to documentation?
