Where Is My Jetson Orin Nano Super?

I ordered the Jetson Orin Nano Super from Tanna Techbiz (Order ID: PRO20240706) on December 30, 2024. The original expected delivery date was January 12, 2025, but I still haven’t received the kit.

Every time I reach out for an update, the delivery date keeps getting pushed further:

Initially promised: January 12, 2025

Then changed to: January 18, 2025

Again delayed to: January 25, 2025

Next, pushed to: February 6, 2025

Again postponed to: February 15, 2025

Now the latest update: Mid-April 2025

The reason given every time is a “manufacturing shortage.” If there is such a shortage, why was the order accepted with an earlier delivery date in the first place?

I understand supply chain issues can occur, but this constant rescheduling without a clear answer is frustrating. If there is no certainty about availability, at least provide a realistic timeline instead of changing the date every few weeks.

Tanna Techbiz, I need a clear and honest update. When will my order actually arrive?

Sorry for bring this trouble, I will forward it to internal team to see if they can improve the manufacturing to catch the order for shippment ASAP.
