Except this doesn’t work and gives me a “Page not available” error. What gives?

I tested the link you mentioned, and it works, can you maybe go to below link and sign in:
https://support.mellanox.com/s/login/
Once signed in you should be able to go to the MLNX-OS page and download the image you want.
If the page still does not work, can post a screenshot ?
Also, let me know what version you need specifically and what platform you are using.
