I wonder which kinds of GPU’s PCI-E version is 2.0?

It could be both or neither. The X8 and X16 describes how many lanes the PCI-e bus uses. It says nothing about speed of the lanes (which is the difference between PCI-e version 1.1 and version 2.0).
