Why double bit ecc error count is not match to retired pages count

The NVIDIA® driver will retire a page once it has experienced a single Double Bit ECC Error (DBE), or 2 Single Bit ECC Errors (SBE) on the same address. https://docs.nvidia.com/deploy/dynamic-page-retirement/index.html

In my device, the number of double bit ecc error is 72. But no Double Bit ECC in Retired Pages. Why the two numbers not equal.

Is this hardware problem?
