Dynamic Page Retirement encounted Fatal Error on V100

Hello Colleagues
I just got one old Tesla V100 card of version sxm2 32G. It has some double bit ECC errors but the question is the dynamic page retirement seems to be not working. And when i use nvidia-smi to check its status, the info would pop out segment by segment, with intervals of several seconds. I wonder what could cause this issue and if it is possible to be repaired. (I assume it shouldn’t be caused by driver since all my other cards worked fine with it)
