I’m using RTX 4060 desktop. NVIDIA app always shows GPU Power is 0 Watts. In the old changelog, NVIDIA said they fixed that, however, in the newest driver (566.36) it is still 0 Watts. When I check by Hwinfo, it will show idle is about 52w. This report is a lot about the internet, but NVIDIA has not…
