Anybody has a # of streams supported comparison between RTX 2080Ti and GTX 1080Ti?
1080Ti has 2 NVENC/chip while 2080Ti has only 1. Most comparisons are on a single NVENC which pits Turing less than double the # of streams of Pascal. DOes that mean 1080Ti can support more 2K/4K streams than 2080Ti?
