545.29.02 fbdev=1 cause "nvidia-drm Flip event timeout" on boot errors

Same error when adding fbdev=1 next to modeset=1 in /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-graphics-drivers-kms.conf

Happens when switching to a TTY and rebooting, but ONLY after a suspend/wake cycle. (This repro step was a workaround for the screen flicker bug which is now fixed, interestingly).

I’m not getting this error on boot, though.
