I couldn’t find an update regarding 5301317 & 5301333 but want to let you know that with 590.48.01 I can now select 5120x2160@165Hz via HDMI on the LG 45GX950 with my RTX4080 without loosing signal. But with this setting, I face the same artifact behavior as with using DisplayPort 5120x2160@144hz.
