Acceleration Structure viewer: what is the meaning of the Surface Area?

Hi,

I was wondering what the Surface Area column means, in particular when using AABBs ?

The number in the screenshot below don’t make much sense.
The bottom four BLASes are supposed to be identical. Same for the top four BLASes.
