AGX Xavier HDMI working abnormally: dc_poll_register 0x41: timeout

Hi,
We use Jetson AGX Xavier, L4T version is R3560.
At one point when we turned on the AGX, we noticed that the HDMI monitor stayed black and did not display a screen.
Most suspicious is the following print:

What does the above abnormal printing mean? What are the possible causes of this abnormality? How should we solve this problem?

The patch was provided at last Oct, what’s the reproduce rate of this issue?
Is it the same test environment?

Yes， we apply this patch at 2024.11.10.
It is the same test environment. We reproduced the same problem.

the reproduce rate is very low. It occurs only once in three or four months on average.
