Agx xavier usb 3.0 not working (L4T R35.4.1)

Hi,

We are porting usb3.0 on agx xavier with our carrier board and L4T R35.4.1.
We have 2 usb type-c ports(USB_1 and USB_2) without type-c pd controller.
USB_1 is using USB0 and UPHY_TX1/RX1.
USB_2 is using USB1 through a usb hub and UPHY_TX6/RX6.
Both usb type-c ports’ usb2.0 are working but usb3.0 are not.
I also followed the adaption guide to modify dts file.
Attachments are the schematics, full dts and dmesg log.
Please help to check if there is anything wrong in dts or schematics?

Hi, from hardware side, the USB1 and UPHY _TX6/RX6 should go into same hub.

Hi Trumany,
I am Yen’s colleague. I would like to check the ODMDATA on our AGX Xavier. Is there any way to get the runtime ODMDATA from the device!? I only find this post show how to get the ODMDATA after system boot. But we are using R35.4.1 and there is no “/sys/firmware/devicetree/base/chosen/plugin-manager/odm-data/” on our system.

There is no need to check ODMDATA on Xavier because it cannot be changed on Xavier AGX.

We only support one ODMDATA on Xavier AGX.

Please disable the pin which has wrong hardware design or not in use.

I disabled the unused pin but still have this error message.
Can I send you our schematics for checking wrong hardware design?

I am not hardware guy. Cannot check your hardware design.

Also, you already post the schematic in first post. Why not just attach them directly?

And where are your latest dmesg and device tree update? Please do not just say something like “it does not work”. We need your log to tell why it cannot work.

The schematics in the first post is only for USB0/UPHY_TX1/RX1 and USB1/UPHY_TX6/RX6.
I’m not sure if this is enough for checking.

Any advice or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
