AI and CUDA Compatibility

Description

CuPy is not compatible with Nvidia CUDA 13x. Can I fix it? Apart from that, would you happen to know of any free services that can host a backend server that have enough CPU power and storage to run a fully-fledged Convolutional Neural Network and an OpenAI API? My parents can’t lend me any money, so I need a free cloud service that can host a backend server on the web with at least 2 TB of transferrable RAM, 4 GB of RAM, and a good amount of SSD storage. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi @ishannathan100,

For CUDA 13.x systems, CuPy now offers a dedicated cupy-cuda13x wheel package.

Since this issue seems to concern CuPy compatibility and cloud infrastructure (rather than TensorRT directly), you might find better success exploring platforms like the Oracle Cloud Free tier or Hugging Face Spaces
