RTX 4090 Laptop GPU and Tensorflow 2.13.0?

It seems these aren’t compatible as 2.13.0 requires cuda 11.8 and cuDNN 8.6 and the earliest available driver for the laptop GPU comes with cuda 12.0

Can someone guide on how to get this working? I purchased this laptop and wanted to try it out locally.
