RTX 4090 Laptop GPU with Tensorflow 2.14.0 or 2.13.0

I purchased this laptop for gaming.

Can I use with tensorflow? The driver that is installed says the cuda version is 12.2, but tensorflow requires 11.8. Can someone explain and provide steps to use?
