Alphafold multimer performance issue
Earlier structure generation time was 7 min / structure on H100 machine
Now it takes ~ 30 mins on same H100 machine from different vendor.
Our DevOps team tried troubleshooting the performance issue using different antibody sequences but still performance was slower compared to earlier performance.
I would like to know whether this could be because of hardware difference or software issue or something else?
