API Account Stuck: SMS Verification Error / Code Not Received

Hello,

I am trying to set up my developer account on ://nvidia.com to test the NIM APIs, but I am completely stuck on the phone verification step.

The system says “Code sent,” but I never receive the SMS to my mobile device. I have tried multiple times and now I am worried my account will be locked.

Could a moderator please check my account status and manually whitelist or activate my API access?

it’s been over 2 weeks and they are still ignoring my email. I’ve even sent a follow up and been left with no response
