I am following instructions for installing DeepStream 5.1 SDK here: Quickstart Guide — DeepStream 5.1 Release documentation

Couldn’t locate the archive where I can install the following package:
deepstream_sdk_v5.1.0_jetson.tbz2

Help is appreciated.

Update:
I also was having errors with method 4.
When I got to the last step: running command “sudo apt install deepstream-5.1”
I got that it was unable to locate the package deepstream-5.1
