Are CUDA or cuDNN compatible with the new RTX cards?

I’m using DL4J which supports CUDA 8, 9, 9.2 and cuDNN 6, 7, 7.1.
If the libraries are not compatible now, when will the updates be expected?

There will be a libraries update when the new RTX cards are available on shelf.
