AttributeError: module 'pyds' has no attribute 'gst_buffer_get_nvds_batch_meta'

Hi,
When i run a program using deepstream i get this error
AttributeError: module ‘pyds’ has no attribute ‘gst_buffer_get_nvds_batch_meta’
I have installed deepstream base on Release DeepStream_Python_Apps_Bindings_v1.1.8 · NVIDIA-AI-IOT/deepstream_python_apps · GitHub
I run command deepstream-app to test deepstream and get this
** ERROR: main:657: Specify config file with -c option
Quitting
App run failed
It seems to be i install deepstream successfully. So please help me solve the error above.

• DeepStream Version:6.3
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only): Jetpack5.1.2
• TensorRT Version:8.5.2.2
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only)
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs)
• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)
• Requirement details( This is for new requirement. Including the module name-for which plugin or for which sample application, the function description)

In addition to installing *.whl files, you also need to install related dependencies. Please refer to this document.
