I use NVIDIA hardware decoding in thread, but it did not release the graphics memory properly

i released gpu memory , when I encountered rtsp GST_MESSAGE_EOS, but it seems not work,
How did you confirm it did not release the graphics memory properly

I initialize the nvh264dec decoder, create several thread to decode the RTSP video stream. When encountering eos, I close the pipeline, but the gpu memory is not released
From nvidia-smi, it can be seen that the gpu memory continues to rise
