Can I Use DeepStream SDK on Ubuntu 16.04 64bit with GTX 1050 to develop server application?

Hi,

I want to explore DeepStream SDK for my IVA implementation. But there are two links for Jetson and Tesla to download deepstream SDK. So I want to know that if it is possible to access the benefit of deepstream under the mentioned setup for Server Application Development.
