I am interested in SM-level info. Especially pmsampling? Is it possible to support it in the future?

This is not supported in the current release. The best option is to file a request for enhancements through the developer bug tracking system and provide details regarding what information you would like to see per SM instance and if you only plan to collect a single pass.
