Cannot enroll in any DLI courses!

I’m attempting to enroll in disaster risk monitoring, but button is not working. There is the same problem in case of other courses.

The problem is solved now. However, “enroll” button didn’t work a day (or two days) ago. If you had tried to check it via a dev browser menu, you would have got 403 error response.
