Cannot install spyder in a python environment

Hello everybody,

I cannot install spyder in a python environment.

Qt5 is already installed and when I run spyder: error No Module Named “PyQt5.QtSvg”

I am getting the same error with python3.8.6 and python3.6.9

Has anyone already solved this problem?

This issue was finally resolved, thanks to DaneLLL’s help.
