Can't disable ECC on H200

I have a 8GPUs H200 aws instance running Ubuntu 24.04, Driver 565.57.01, CUDA 12.7
I ran sudo nvidia-smi -e 0 then it prompts me to reboot the system for it to take effect.
But after reboot, the ECC status is still on.

Same with L40 GPUs. Driver Version: 565.57.01 CUDA Version: 12.7. Anyone? Would updating to a new driver work?
