Confused whether tao toolkit supports the custom model or not

I want to use my yolov8 model with tao tool kit for training but i am confused because in byom converter mentioned that it will support only classification and u2net models, In frequently asked questions mentioned that nvidia does not support third party pretrained models could you please help me to elaborate and tell me whether yolov8 is supported with tao toolkit or not.

Currently, TAO does not support YOLOv8.
