ConnectX-3 and pause frames

Hi,

I am experimenting with a ConnectX-3 NIC for UDP receives. I am using the 4.0-2.0.0 driver with FW 2.40.7000 . I have enabled global flow control for rx and tx. In a receive test that uses 4K datagrams and 1500 MTU I observe that vport_rx_dropped counters keeps incrementing and I don’t see pause frame being trasmitted. The sender here is an intel 10G NIC. If I reverse roles making the intel NIC a receiver the Connect X-3 honors the pause frames it receives.

Wondering if anybody has come across this ConnectX-3 behavior?
