create tos.img or execute EL3 code

Hi
I would like to know how the tos.img has to be formatted so one can create a new/own one. It is written the tos.img is finally OEM owned but not part of the Jetson package. I would like to have an entry point into EL3 code during boot and then return to EL2.
The arm-trusted-firmware contains t186 code, is this code possible to be executed on Jetson TX2?

That’s current not supported in Jetson platform.
