I signed up with my business email and did not get credits. When I request credits from the admin I get emails (to myself) but no way to approve.
I also encountered the same issue and am requesting assistance.
I just solved this problem because I used a VPN to register an account, so I didn’t receive the points. You need to use your original domain, not a disposable one. After completing the registration, you will receive 1000 points.
Pleased this is now resolved - thanks for letting us know @qq714937313
This is not resolved for me. I did not use a disposable domain. How do I get help?
I created this thread and I’m still having an issue.
Apologies, @chris637 I’ll follow up with the right team now… Thanks for your patience
Having the exact same issue, signed up using log in with google
Hi I’m having this issue right now as well, using my corporate account thanks!
I have the same issue. I use my account with my university email.
Same here - apparently Nvidia has no intention of allowing new developers to sign up. I was only able to create the account that allows me to post this reply after many attempts. It wouldn’t populate the “Industry” drop down, tried numerous browsers and configurations. This still didn’t change the API error where it wants me to request api access from myself (an meaningless email is indeed sent) to me, which I look at and shake my head. (nothing to click etc)
Same here. The solution doesn’t work and I have zero API credits.
Hi All,
Apologies for the delay here. We are working to resolve the issue and also looking at changing our processes around credits. Thanks for your patience.
Best,
Sophie
This is not solved. How does the admin approve. Show us the link.
