hello guys.
i build unity 22.1.13f with cloudXR plugin based on windows platform, and i got a unity.exe file.
and connect to both my quest2 and local cloudXR server, run to my unity.exe file from local cloudXR server.
and then steamVR was breakdown forcely. with no error code.
so i have to go check my log files. but these files are so big size over 200MB…
i’m so serious that i can’t shared this problem. T_T
i don’t know a occured part whereever.
steamVR? unity build?
So, to be clear:
- Server
- custom Unity application
- SteamVR
- Client
- Quest 2
- ??
If you are using the CloudXR Unity plugin with your server application, that’s both not required and doesn’t do anything. The Unity plugin we have is only for Client development. All you need for your server application is to set it up for SteamVR, typically these days by setting it up for OpenXR.
If you are using the CloudXR Unity plugin with Oculus Link for your client application: The Unity plugin is known to be broken for Windows right now.
Could you provide more information on how you are using the different CloudXR components?
