CSI Virtual Channel support on Orin Nano

In datasheet it is stated that Orin Nano can have 4 CSI cameras and 8 via virtual channels.

However there is a note ***Virtual Channels for Jetson Orin NX and Jetson Orin Nano are subject to change.

For a specific project virtual channel support is mandatory feature, can it be trusted that virtual channel support for Orin Nano remains? And is it yet supported in the SW/drivers?

Suppose able to support it by customized carrier board design.

Yes, it is clear that carrier board needs to have aggregator for multiple channels.

However it would be important to know why there is a note that virtual channels support for Orin Nano and NX are subject to change?

It could be bandwidth concern like hug resolution or high frame rate sensor mode that would need more bandwidth.
