Cuda 11.2 installation problem

hello all,

I have a problem with cuda installation process. I have a geforce 840m graphic card and I installed nvidia driver version 460. Then I tried to innstall cuda 11.2 to my ubuntu but I got this error(picture). And make log file I attached. Can anyone give me an advice to fix this?
