In my current setup I have a NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell, here is the output of nvidia-smi

I am running ubuntu 22.04, everything seems to be up to the requirements according to the docs, however, when I run a sample application I get cudaErrorInsufficientDriver = 35. I can not figure out what the problem is though I suspect it is a system config issue. Also, I am running the samples inside a docker container, the gpu is mapped correctly to the container.
