CUDA on Win Server 2012 R2

I download the cuda_10.0.130_411.31_windows.exe,
I install it successfully
reset the server
then I start the Spyder ,
But the
import cuda
fail !
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘pycuda’

any idea ?
