CuDNN and HPC SDK support matrix

Hi All,

Apologies if this is not the correct place to post this question.

I have installed CuDNN 9.5.1.17 for CUDA11 and 12 with module files set up for end users although I’m not entirely sure which version of the HPC SDK this version of CuDNN supports? I have 24.9 installed, again with module files, but I’m not sure if this combination is officially supported.

I’ve found this link detailing the support matrix for CuDNN but I’m not sure how this ties in with the SDK. Is it better to just install CUDA on it’s own?

https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/cudnn/latest/reference/support-matrix.html

Thanks. Fab

The Release Notes for HPC SDK 24.9 state that it contains Cuda 11.8 and 12.6, so you appear to have the correct versions.

Thanks for the swift reply. I wasn’t sure if it was setting this up correctly as I was actually expecting to find CuDNN in the HPC SDK. Does anyone know if there are plans to include it going forward?
