DeepSearch not working even though i have Enterprise and did everything right

I have The Enterprise Nucleaus server. NGSearch/Deepsearch, opensearch, I also have an NVidia A4000 with 128gb of system ram and i9 intell CPU.

Im an I.T. architect so i know my way around containers and complicated network architectures.
Im also an AR VR consultant on this project so i know my way around 3D software.

Can i have someone dedicated to me today because tomorrow I need to show the GenAI demo you guys put out on youtube. this is for a HUGE COMPANY probably bigger than Siemens. and I have the ear of some top executives.

Id be willing to do a step by step video on youtube as payback

its on hold until the new version of deepsearch comes out and also reference architecture documentation
