I have a 3.4GB.MP4 @ 60FPS file after a few seconds video slows down, I am using Xavier

Please try using MAXN performance.

$ sudo nvpmodel -m 0
$ sudo jetson_clocks

It is in MAX mode and i ran jetson clocks too

How do we infer multiple models? do I need to change anything else?

deepstream -c  /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream-4.0/config_infer_secondary_carcolor.txt, /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream-4.0/config_infer_secondary_carmake.txt, /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream-4.0/sample_hyd.txt

Hi,
config_infer_secondary_carcolor.txt, config_infer_secondary_carmake.txt are more like sub-config files and you should put it in [secondary-gie*], just like source4_1080p_dec_infer-resnet_tracker_sgie_tiled_display_int8.txt
