deviceQuery app fails with error 38 without root premissions on Jetson TX2

I’m trying to run deviceQuery app on Jetson TX2. I used jetpack installer, so the original user is nvidia.
I’m trying to use a different user in order to run this app.
Result with Nvidia:

Which PATH variable/ permission am I missing?
