NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Orin Developer Kit Mechanical and Installation Guide (DI-10587-003_v03) table 2-5 provides a line item for a wake signal, WUP_IN, but doesn’t provide much otherwise aside from the 2.5V minimum voltage and I’ve checked some other documents but haven’t found much. Where can I find more details about the overall standby/wake functionality (compute domains available/unavailable, standby power consumption, wake process, etc.) and how to design around it?

Hi,
WUP_IN for wake up system from sleep mode.
Positive pulse >2.5V and > 20ms is valid wake source.

What about which compute domains are available/unavailable, standby power consumption, wake process, etc.?

For sleep mode, most power off while only SDRAM in self-refresh.
Valid wake source will turn on PMIC power again and bring system back.
