Dual Boot 3 Displays Grub does not show during boot on primary display

Dual Boot Win 8.1 Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit with nvidia GTX 1660 Ti Device 2182. The system is working satisfactorily in both Windows and Mint as far as display goes during normal operations.
My issue is that I have two 24" Dells on my desk that are used during all sessions. The Dells are fed from a single DP Port from the card and linked locally. I have a TV/Monitor on the wall that is used only as needed. The TV is tied in to the HDMI output of the card.
One Dell is set up as primary.
During Boot the Grub Selection menu shows up on the TV monitor and I’m trying to see what options I may have if any. My preference is Grub showing up on the primary display.
I’m thinking after I create the topic I’ll be able to add the tar file. If not, I’ll come back and try to figure that out.
Thanks in advance.

AFAIK, the monitor where to display gets decided by the bios, so unless there’s a bios option for that, you’re out of luck.
