Issue Description
I am trying to achieve computer vision using only python based codebase, requirement pacakges are OpenCV, pytorch, pycuda, torchvision and ofcouse cuda11.4 and cudnn and tensorrt 8.6.13.
I installed pytorch-2.0.0-nv23.05 wheel following this : pytorch wheel installation for Drive Orin
Now I installed jtop considering in mind that the orin is derived from the Jetson family, I installed thejtop.service
pip package globally to monitor the kit.
Moving to my use-case, I am trying to instantiate inference and computer vision on the unit. Which led me build packages from source like torchvision, pycuda.driver and the opencv-python-4.5.5
the buildinformation after explicitly setting up the cmake flags to enable CUDA and CUDNN for this is bellow :

Now I found out about this later : opencv not offically supported - moderator response
However, I find this information from jtop
peculiar because jetson service notes that opencv was built with CUDA support, now the rest of the packages that are tagged as missing makes sense as they are part of the L4T container which is what the jtop.service
might be expecting:
Question - What is happening? and how to achieve the this emulation?
