Hello, we have many time this error (minimum 1time in week) in latest driver\firmware on NIC ConnectX-6, ConnectX-7 errors:
ERR SQE on SQ
we have 2 servers with ConnectX-6DX and old driver (5.8-2.0.3 and 5.9-0.5.5) and he not have problem.

Make sure you are using the latest firmware and driver (DOCA)
Note - do not upgrade only the driver (DOCA) and keep the old firmware of CX-6 DX which causes a compatibility issues .
If issue still persist , please open a ticket for NVIDIA support team .
