Error running Python code with GE FORCE 1650 GPU

I have a deep learning project involving image processing, but I can’t seem to run it with the GPU. I’m using Windows 11, and I’ve tried everything. I’m getting a bit desperate since everything is installed, and other libraries recognize the GPU, but I can’t get TensorFlow and similar libraries to detect it.

Could someone please help me?

It does not recognize the GPU.
I want to run a Python code but I can’t get it to run on the gpu.
I think it might be a bug with tensorflow, keras cuda and cudnn versions, I’m still testing but I haven’t got anything yet.
